Whole room was breathtaking and had climate control, a safe and a seating area. Good customer service provided too. It was a fabulous hotel in a very nice area, close enough to soho Square, the airport, the reef.

Such a very enjoyable experience. The hotel was fairly clean with unbeatable location and extremely spacious rooms. Staff customer-focused & tried there best to help. Heated pool to relax in too.

The bed was so so comfy, the stuff was PARTICULARLY HELPFUL. Comfortable decor of the room. The view here was stunningly beautiful. They made my stay memorable. Fairly clean and outstanding hotel in Sharks Bay district. And I was close to the reef.
